My proof sheet doesn’t have a particular size I require. Can you print other sizes?

Yes we can. If you contact us by email at info@jellyimages.co.uk and let us know what your looking for we will give you a quote. Sorry we don’t put it on the proof but there is only so much you can fit on a piece of paper.

Do you make other size frames or canvas print?

Yes we can. We can usually meet most requests and if you look on our website you can see some of the other options and ideas – give us a call and I am sure we can help.

How long do you keep images for after the photo shoot?

We keep the photographs for about 9 months and then we still keep them but we archive them on a back up disk.

Some photographers aren’t DBS checked. Are yours?

Yes, every photographer we employ is DBS checked to the highest standard, a copy of our DBS checks are given to the nursery or school with our insurance documents. If they cant show you then we will happily send you a copy.

Why can’t I mix images from proof sheets – I have two children and two proof sheets?

You can! From 2020 we have been able to offer a mixed image digital pack where you can mix and match images from different proofs - perfect for those of you with more than one child in the same school or nursery. We would love to offer mixed print packs but we work on very tight profit margins to ensure we give our customers the best value for money, and would not be able to offer value for money and the product range we do if we mixed and matched every possible variation. We are one of the only school and nursery photographers that do provide a mixed pack!

There seems to be some blemishes/dirty marks on my child. Can this be edited?

We can edit most images to a degree give us a call and we will see if we can help.

Who owns the copyright to my images?

Jelly Images owns the copyright to all images taken by our photographer but these images are never shared without permission from the owner. We are parents ourselves and understand the concerns of photographs being available to anyone, you can be rest assured we don’t even use images for advertising purposes without express permission first.

We are not happy with the products we have purchased?

Please call us immediately, we don’t want anyone to be unsatisfied with our service or products and will do everything we can to help.

I've placed an order online. When will I receive it?

If you ordered before the school deadline and selected free delivery to school at checkout, all orders for your child's school will be delivered on the same day in the week commencing as shown on your proof.

If you have paid for postage, we aim to turn around orders within 7 business days and send all products by recorded delivery. During busy periods please allow up to 10 business days.

Digital images do not require postage to be paid. Please allow up to 5 business days for your images to be edited and emailed to you. 

I wanted mounts with my print pack. Where are they?

Please be aware that only a Pack B includes mounts with the prints. No other print packs include mounts. If you require mounts these are available as an optional extra and can be purchased online for a small charge. They are available for 8 by 6 prints and 10 by 8 prints.

Can I have my prints framed?

We can provide framing for portrait photos however they are bespoke made by a local framing company. We are very aware that there are many affordable framing options on the high street, as such all of our prints come in standard print sizes to fit them.

 

What is my refund policy?

No refunds can be given on digital images but if your in any way unhappy with your product please contact us.
